January 2016, the first project of Wise consulting 2016: SAP Retail system project of Yue Fu Ti Cosmetics (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. began in the headquarters of Hangzhou Yue Fu Ti.
Yue Fu Ti is cosmetics retail chain enterprise invested by Proya Group and South Korea. It is scheduled to open its first store in May 1, 2016 officially, therefore, the business system must be competed on-line before its opening.
Taking into account the Spring Festival holiday and Yue Fu Ti Korean officers shuttle arrangement, the very tight implementation period has become more severe, the left time is only three months.

Compared with the grim period of time, the scope of the project includes six modules such as System SD / MM / QM / LE / FI / CO and so on, implementation and integration of wireless RF system storage, and simultaneous implementation and integration of POS systems in the SAP IS-Retail system. In the blueprint stage, it gets through the four-step "template import - difference analysis - a blueprint for modification - blueprint finalized," it has completed the blueprint phase (total 96 procedures, an overview of the design blueprint 3 parts, one part blueprint summary report) within one month.
